Ahlstrom - VCP is a joint-venture formed by Ahlstrom and Votorantim Celulose e Papel (VCP) for the production of special use papers in the unit of Jacareí (state of Sao Paulo), Brazil.
Ahlstrom has a 60% stake and VCP has 40% of the joint venture, which will be established at the paper manufacturing facilities formerly belonging to VCP in its unit of Jacareí.
